Delete your Amigo POS account

You can ask us to delete your Amigo POS staff account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains what gets deleted, what we have to keep, and how to make the request.

How to request deletion

Email support@amigo.gg from the email address on your Amigo POS account with the subject “Account deletion request” and include:

We verify the request by replying to the same email address and may ask for one additional confirmation before proceeding. We process verified requests within 30 days.

If you are a staff member, not the restaurant owner: ask your restaurant’s admin to remove your staff account from the Admin → Staff section in the app. That removes your access immediately. Email us if your admin is unavailable.
